Towerview Care is committed to setting the highest standards of care for our residential homes. We are a modern, innovative and are forward thinking in our approach to care for older adults. This is in addition to providing the traditional standards of personal service expected by everyone living here. Our expert care teams are committed to providing exceptional standards of care and a ‘home from home’ environment. We work closely with governing bodies, to ensure that quality standards are maintained. We listen to the people who live here, take advice, and constantly strive to improve on the services we provide.
Management of our homes is thoroughly modern and professional. Our policies of openness and respect permeate through all our actions. We encourage everyone who lives here and or their loved ones to express their opinions, suggestions, compliments, concerns or complaints. We take all comments seriously and use this feedback as a way of monitoring and improving standards. This openness is a core part of our approach, we are there to provide a service to the people living here and their needs must come first.
All reports of dissatisfaction with our service are treated seriously and dealt with quickly and efficiently, to attain a satisfactory resolution. We also reflect and learn from these experiences.
We work in partnership with community healthcare specialists to supplement the care that we provide.
Burton Court is a mixed gender home that cares for people with a diagnosis of physical illness/mental health disorders and/or dementia, complex care needs including Behaviours that are challenging.
Furniture and fittings are provided in all the bedrooms, comprising of a bed, wardrobe, comfortable armchair and bedside table. We encourage everyone moving into the homes to bring in their own personal possessions, subject to health and safety checks and fire risk assessment.
