An overview of our team and their roles
Hello, my name is Paula Hale, and I have worked as the Home Administrator at Bridge, Burton and Trent Court since 2016. I worked here for the previous company from 2008 – 2015. A chance meeting resulted in me being persuaded to return and take up my position again in 2016.
Upon leaving school, I attended a Pitman’s Training course, where I attained my RSA 2 Typewriting. After which, I had various office roles and studied ICT at evening classes until 1994. When I gave birth to my Son, this meant I wanted to be at home to raise him and subsequently my Daughter, so I worked part-time for 11 years for Next Retail which I loved.
I then came to the Homes to cover maternity leave in 2008, and the rest is history! Since being back here, I have successfully attained my Business/Administration QCF levels 2 & 3 and I am just about to start a Pitman’s course on-line.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking my dog in the fields around the village where I live and spending time with my Daughter. My Son has just moved to Hampshire, so I am looking forward to visiting him.
I also enjoy reading, socialising with friends and good food (and wine!)
But quiet and unassuming, I am not!! I love my husband’s motorbikes, and I have been known to drive an Aston Martin around a race track, for something a little slower I enjoy driving my Triumph Herald.
